I was initially happy with my first venture here. I came in to get my first bra fitting and they told me that I was "coincidentally" the size right above the largest size that they offered, so they said I'd be able to fit into their 34DDD just fine. When I tried it on it fit better than my old bra (which was 2 sizes smaller) but it was still really tight. I brought this up to the woman in the dressing room who had sized me and she said "that's how bras are supposed to be, it'll stretch to your size with wear" and I heard this being said to multiple different customers while being there, as well. I was uncomfortable, but I bought it, and two others, anyway cause it felt a little better than my last bra,and I needed an upgrade.
I now realize that this company, Victoria Secret, lied to me about my bra size to make a sale. I am nowhere near the size they quoted me. I was sized today and they found my band size to be the same as Victoria Secret suggested, but my cup size is MUCH MUCH bigger. They scammed a new customer for $200 which didn't last more than six months, and i will not be returning.
Worst victoria secret around. It always takes forever to check out and they are always out of stock. Was just there and left after standing on line 10 mins and it was myself anf one other customer in the store.
Week later, I wash one of my bras for the first time and after I see it's ripped. Just bought an $80 bra for it to rip on me, nice. Brought it back, and they were hesitant to return/exchange it, with receipt and everything. Eventually, however, they did.
I see a lot of mixed reviews on this location. However, I had one of my best shopping experiences ever there. I go in and it's relatively busy, semi annual sale. I have in tow my 3 year old daughter who though you may think is a little angel absolutely hates Victoria secret. She throws 2 fits before we are even in the store but mama needs some new bras. The associates of the store realized I was struggling a bit and spending 10 minutes looking through one bin so they started talking to her and even walking around the product area I was in with her. It made it much easier to shop and I have never had any other store care so much about me and my daughter. It was refreashing and the girls that are working there right now go above and beyond in customer service.
I already check with the store associate that the 2 coupon would work together. But when i pay the items, the cashier said they don't (she haven't even tried it)- the black long hair fat girl. The blond girl next to her keep telling her 2-3 times that they would work (she even turns the back and read it to her, maybe this black hair girl doesn't know how to read) but this one is stubborn and don't want to do the discount. When she finally tried and it went through, she didn't even apologized and said "i don't know why it works but I guess it went through". Never go back to this store again, the girl in MOA is much nicer.
Six months after my adventure to v.s. I am so sick and tired of the bras I bought. I've had the constant struggle of them not fitting unless theyre freshly washed and having constant issues with my boobs literally falling out of the cups. The straps are loose and the lace in the back has been popped out just by putting the bra on. I'm not a rough bra user by any means, so this is unacceptable. These bras are not the right size.
I thought this could be a quick stop to use my free panty coupon. The free panty is only for the 5/$27.50 table. I grabbed one from the table (and there were multiple colors of the same style at the table) and waited in line for 8 mins for them to tell me that I was supposed to grab one from the table. I had to go back and pick another one and wait in line for another 10 mins.
