Went in recently to buy dress pants, found some but ended up having come back pick them up. Came back a couple hours later to pick them up and the Manager on duty Susan said they couldn't find them. However I remained persistent and kept asking for them to keep looking. Jake made the extra effort to go and search for them and ended up finding them. Besides this experience all others have been good. Clean store, good prices, wide selection. Would recommend to a friend or family.
Not enough cashiers and I had to wait over 45 minutes. Upsetting when you see employees just sitting around and not helping. I used to work at a Kohls and we never had this problem. Kohls needs to change this with holidays approaching.
Always clean and easy to find what I am looking for. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help locate anything you are looking for. Would definitely recommend.
After essentially being there for over 2 hours, Matt, one of the Managers there - was awesome. I had a problem with an online order, saying it wasn’t processed and what not, and after talking to the “corporate customer service line”, he said he was done with that and got me out of there, and even threw in a little bonus. (Wasn’t a 60” tv for free like I asked, but, still took extremely good care of me! Haha!) Much thanks Matt, make sure you train everyone to be 100% like you!
