Not helpful and said they could return my item that is defective but when I get here the manager said he can not do it! I am sick of Best Buy and saying that can’t return an item when they said they could! Worst customer service EVER!

Needed a battery operated am/fm radio. Sales person was very helpful. Took a while to find the only one that they had.
Place is always clean and the people are very helpful. Had a girl come up to me and actually new what she was talking about with home automation. Was good to get that info.
