We have stayed here a few times now and i just love this place. The rooms are very clean. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is warm and inviting and the food is great. We had a room with a balcony( to the inside) which was totally fun and different. Love the relaxed atmosphere and high class appearance. I just wish someone could tell me where they get their super soft, warm, comfy blankets and bed covers. I want some!
This is a good high quality hotel with a great staff. It's clean, comfortable and in a great location in between the 35E and 35W and across the street from a good mall. Lots of good restaurants in the area.
I am usually not a fan of Best Western hotels, but this place is an exception. It's very convieniently located near I-35 and in walking distance to shops, yet it's very quiet inside. It's super clean and the layout makes you feel like you have your own condo inside. We had a room by the pool, which has two doors. One of the doors goes directly to the pool area and even has a little "patio" with table and chairs where you can sit. There is a restaurant inside the hotel called Morgans. Very good "farm-to-table" food, but not cheap. You can get breakfast there for $10 if you order it at the hotel. Overall, you won't find anything better for the price.
Very clean, smart and modern hotel with restaurant/bar attached to the property. Within walking distance of several fast food and sit-down restaurants, stores and gas stations. Burnsville Center shopping mall is just minutes away. Wonderful staff! Here for a wedding and the reception was in the hotel's meeting/banquet rooms. The reception was fantastic and the hotel staff always answered my questions fully and with detail.
The hotel is easy to get to and close to the Mall of America. Rooms clean, beds are comfortable, and they are well appointed. The common areas of the hotel are very nice, clean, and well decorated. The pool itself is a little small but no real complaints since there was only a few people down there. The fitness center however is my only real complaint, it was a bit cramped and the free weights and weight machine could use an upgrade. Friendly staff rounded out a great hotel, would recommend.
