This is the best papa johns and the manager Kadie is always top notch when it comes to customer service and let me not forget how amazingly delicious her pizza's are! Thank you so much.
A friend of mine just tried to order a pizza and misunderstood what was being told to him and after getting an order total he was asking some questions because he thought that the medium pizzas were $6.99 each and ordered 3 with a total of $34+. When he wanted to change his order he was told that they were too busy and they were in a hurry and you really need to know right now. Completely unprofessional and extremely poor. If I could give a zero star rating I would!
this is the worst papa johns, in MN for starters i ordered here about a month ago and i spoke to someone named katie who provides the worse customer service she's rude and disrespectful she got my number wrong and so when the pizza got here they could not contact me and i ordered here about a month later and i knew i was dealing with the same lady after i placed my order i called back to make sure i had the right number just for precaution and they guy i spoked to said everything is fine. so a hour and 45 minutes pass and i call back and they told me they had the wrong number once again. they could not contact me so my order was canceled, PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS PAPA JOHNS
The pizza is great for the price, service is very consistently good. I've ordered between 10 and 20 times from them, never had a problem.
The pizza is good, staff is friendly, but is corporate out of their minds? You want to charge me $3.25 for a delivery fee and then ask me for a tip? I give a tip because I feel bad for the drivers, but this fee is absurd and I'd be tipping way more if these greedy suites weren't robbing us. The delivery fee makes NO sense and you can't in anyway justify it. The driver, who has to pay for his own gas, car and maintenance gets none of that. It's just a sneaky way of upping their prices and screwing their drivers. People won't tip nearly as much when you get hit with that fee and I know you're not paying them well to begin with.
