I have been there twice now. Most recently needed a last minute oil change. I called Toyota and could only get it in 4 days, I got in here the same day. Both times we had appointments and repairs done in a reasonable time. Quality of work is great. manager is real nice along with waiting area. Explains all options and also has coupons online. I would definitely recommend going. vik
Not happy at all with my service here. Go to the local auto shop next door, never use this chain place. Went in for my brakes to be changed. I was told us would be about $350.00 and an hour and half. Over $600.00 and over three hours later still waiting for my car to be done. When I mentioned, I felt I am being taken advantage of, I was yelled and made feel like I was the horrible person. As a woman, we typically have to be smart when it comes to auto maintenance and when we speak up when we feel like something is wrong or we are being taken advantage of and to be told my feelings are wrong, seems to me actions speak louder than words. I wasn't told the right price or time frame, with no regard to my time or finances. Absolutely, disappointed in the service of this chain auto repair shop. Go local.
Great experience for my very first visit. Manager Mike, owner Dave and their team provided excellent customer service. They fixed my car problems, explained everything to me so no surprises. Nice waiting area, TV, magazines, coffee, water, etc. Hopefully my review is helpful to people who are looking for a trustworthy body shop. They're very easy to work with.

Amazing customer service. Honest and easy to work with! Did a great job on my replacing my a/c compressor, and sway bar bushings. Not only that they had my car in and out in no time!
