They are struggling right now with staffing which makes it hard to work with them. They are getting 3 stars instead of one for trying there best well getting someone in there. I might change my rating when they get someone in that knows what they are doing.
I lived here for 14 years of my life. Some of the best people I know today came from this trailer park and across the street in rambush loved it here will always be part of me
This place is run down, old trailers and messy. Everyone is just shoved any where. Not pleasing.
To expensive to live here anymore. Takes forever to get anything fixed around here.
Bad management!!! Use to be quiet and clean. Lake Shore Management, Inc from Florida has let this place go to the crapper. The management company they bought from kept Arbor Vista in good shape. It was clean, quieter and barely had crime. Management stayed on top of things. Now all rules are broken and management is rarely at the office or on site. Kids and animals are rampant in the roads and parents don't watch their children. I can go on and on. We've lived at arbor vista for over 12 years and have been strongly thinking about getting out.
