Racist manager/landlady, who yelled at and was condescending to Mexicans, as she no doubt would not have been to tenants born in the U.S.
Staff is helpful and care deeply for the property. I love living here

My brother and his fiancee have a nice cozy home in there. It's a real sweet setup, and it's next to the park so my children, their nephews, can run free without much worry or hassle.
I grew up here. it's probably the best trailer park home I've been in. our neighbors were friendly and everyone kept to themselves. there's not much crime. this place will always feel like home if I went back.
