Great deal, terrible purchase experience and customer service. We found a great deal here on a couch during a labor day sale. However, when my fiance and I went to look at the couch, we were profiled for our age and were not greeted upon entering the store, were not asked if we needed help, and were simply ignored. I know this because there was a middle aged couple that came in after us that were helped instantly. Upon purchasing the couch, we were told that it might be delivered to store in 3 days, or perhaps 5 days; depending on how much space was on the truck. Well, we are still waiting two and a half weeks later. I've called them on multiple occasions for updates, and they've only given me vague answers, and kept pushing the delivery date back. They have never called me for updates, and we have been kept in the dark about when it will be delivered. All in all, I have had a horrible experience, and I haven't even gotten my couch yet. I'm glad I didn't buy a warranty, because I get the feeling they never would have honored it anyways. We will be going else next time.

Furniture not delivered on time and I was not informed that delivery was cancelled due to a piece not arriving on time. Waited 2 hours for it to arrive and then after 30 min of phone calls find out that I Now have to wait another week for it to be delivered. Billed for something that I can't even use. But they want their money on time. Really not fair. No compensation for their screw up either. Another week without a bed.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have been a repeat customer for a number of years and had ok experiences and the furniture seems fine as well. In June I moved and needed a bed for my kids. On the day after I moved and was unpacking and cleaning my old place, the bed was delivered and only partially set up. The delivery staff were panicking and swearing in my kids rooms because it wasn’t building correctly. I had a ton on my plate and was just like ok someone else can bring more slats (thinking maybe that evening or something.) they leave, but leave the wooden slats propped up in my children’s unpacked room in the middle of the room. I had clearly been unpacking the whole time and needed to try and finish their room despite their bed now not being finished. I went to move the slats and something sliced right through my arm through my 500$ tattoo. A screw, one of at least a dozen they left screwed into the wood propped up in a room that children live in. I still have a scar and was promised they would do something and fix this to make me happy and all I got was one snotty letter from an insurance person that they tried calling and I didn’t answer. So I emailed and explained I have two kids on a single income and I can’t always answer my phone perhaps they would like to email me or leave a voicemail next time so I know it’s them when they call. I now just got a notice I’d be having to pay interest on the furniture which prompted some leftover rage from this whole debacle. I would literally never recommend this horrible place to anyone ever and in fact, will recommend no one go here l!
