My husband and I visit this CFA regularly and are continually impressed. The atmosphere is friendly and energetic, the tables and bathrooms are always clean. Food arrives quickly, delivered with a smile right to our table and always as ordered. I’d pick CFA Burnsville every time! Excellent food with exceptional service.
Every waiter was exceptionally polite. I felt like I was in another world! We spent the morning there with our grandchildren, who LOVE playing in the childrens playroom. Thank you to your impressive employees who acted like they cared!
Every employee I have ever talked to has had a great attitude, and is happy to serve any way they can. The last 7 times I have gone, they have gotten my order wrong 3 times... it may just be an uncommon order, and they always make it right right away after and sometimes give you a coupon in they think their service was slow or bad. The food is great, sauces are great, and I will keep going back.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! One helped carry to my table since I had a baby in tow! Store was clean and decorated nice for the holidays! I'll definitely go back
This is only a fast food place, but the people working here are genuinely engaged. They seem interested in making sure that each and every customer as an enjoyable experience. The food is still standard Chick-fil-A food, but it is well prepared and the restaurant was imaculate during my visit. Twice, during the rather short time I was there, people came up and asked me if I needed a refill on my drink. I've been to full-service sit down restaurants where I didn't get this much attention. Definitely worth a visit, especially if you like Chick-fil-A.
