We just ordered to go from this location this evening. Bacon cheeseburger w/ fries, and the $12.99 full rack of ribs with fries & broccoli. The service was great! The person who took our order over the phone was friendly and accurate, and the hostess at the front was friendly. She also offered to make sure our order was correct before leaving, which we really appreciated. The food was delicious and we feel great value. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back!
It's not busy on a Tuesday. There's a decent variety of food and food is ok for the price point. If you want to be warm don't sit next to window during the winter. Lighting is a tad too dim in some areas but adequate. Bathrooms are clean and look well designed. We've dine here more than once.
Good food but the place is freezing cold. We froze during our meal. It was so cold in there our food got cold and that was unpleasant. You would think being in Minnesota in the winter you can eat out and be warm enough to enjoy your meal. They need to invest in a heating system that actually warms the place up. The bathroom was clean and super warm. We asked the hostess for a warm place to sit he failed. When we commented he did not seat us somewhere warm he made a snide remark. We won’t eat here again winter or summer. The Friday’s at the mall of America is toasty warm . eat there if you don’t want to have cold food or if you want to be comfortable during your meal. I like the staff better there as well. The host in Burnsville was a male with a crappy attitude. Three stars
The service here is consistently awful, I refuse to come here anymore. It takes 15 min for the waitress to realize the empty glasses at the end of the table are empty -we have nothing in front of us either since it takes 45 min for apps to come out- then another 10 to get our drinks back. Endless Apps become irrelevant, when you spend more time waiting for your food to come out than actually being able to place an order. It's not even busy, I could understand if the place was busy but it's not. Don't waste your time coming here if you need to be somewhere or catch a movie or just like your food and drink in a timely manner.
My favorite place to eat. They accommodate when you have a large group like my family. Friendly atmosphere and service.
