Cannot give them any higher than a two. The food is always good, but they are the slowest location in the twin cities. Out of all the locations that need online orders, they consistently the one that can't take them.
Ok, so Chipotle is literally my life. I absolutely love and stand for Chipotle. With that being said I have been to so many different locations, but this one specifically turns me off. Some of the workers there are incredibly rude and probably shouldn't be doing customer service jobs. Coming from someone who has worked for retail and customer service for over 4 years, I feel my opinion here isn't totally biased. Sadly the workers who actually do their jobs and are friendly don't completely make up for the others who clearly don't wanna be there serving us. But please eat at other Chipotle cause it's life.
Updated review (11-28-2017). The line during peak hours was quicker and the food was great.
Long wait every time I go to this chipotle. Tonight I started a timer on my phone right when I got in line and it took 22 minutes to order and pay for my food.
This is my favorite Chipotle location. The service is always consistent, the guac is always fresh, and the chicken is always well cooked. There's rarely a long line, and if there is a line you'll get through it quickly. The restaurant is always clean, as are the bathrooms. My other favorite thing is that you can walk to Barnes and Noble from Chipotle-two wonderful places a parking lot away!:)
Great staff; friendly, fun energetic and polite. Good food with the high quality standards that Chipotle has come to be known for. Nice, relaxing dining room and great layout. Parking can be a little cramped, so be prepared to jockey for a spot. Accessible and easy to locate.
